Stunning homes and winter estates of the seasonal residents, for which Palm Beach is famous for, can be found in this section which is just south of Worth Avenue. Some of the world’s wealthiest families have built their estates, often comprising entire city blocks, in the 1920s’. Today, few of the main estates still exist due to the subdivision into smaller parcels over the years. However, The Estate Section has still the lowest density zoning on the Island. Many estates have architectural pedigrees with names such as Mizner, Volk, Wyeth, and Fatio. Opulent and beautifully manicured landscaping gives this area a sophisticated look.
